Ken Duncan has been a property manager in San Francisco since 1971. Additionally, Ken has been a contractor, a cabinet shop owner, and he is a licensed real estate broker. In 2008 Ken also completed the required courseowrk and material to earn the CCRM (California Certified Residential Manager) designation from the California Apartment Association.
Ken was with TCO for 10 years before moving to West Coast with the TCO portfolio.
