Joseph joined West Coast in May 1999 and has been responsible for the creation and supervision of West Coast Property Maintenance Company.
Joseph came to West Coast with an extensive background in construction management, carpentry and remodeling. Joseph received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1986, and is also a Certified Building Inspector, Certified Construction Inspector and a Certified Lead Related Construction Project Monitor. Joseph is a Licensed General Contractor and has a great deal of experience managing general construction projects and large construction crews. Joseph was promoted to Vice President of the Maintenance Company in December 2006.
We are proud and honored that Jospeh was recognized as the Maintenance Supervisor of the Year winner at the 2008 San Francisco Apartment Association Trophy Awards!
Joseph, his wife and their two children make their home in San Francisco.
